The Center for Gender in Global Context (GenCen) is focused on gender, sexuality, feminist theory, and women's studies. Its affiliated faculty and students study how people from diverse racial, ethnic, national, and sexual backgrounds live in and engage with the world and how processes of global change affect gender relations locally, nationally, and internationally.

The Office assists students, staff members, instructors, and administrators sort through university rules and regulations that might apply to specific issues and concerns within the University. In addition to helping members of the MSU community resolve disputes, we also identify MSU policies that might need revision, and refer them to the appropriate academic governance committee.

Salus CenterThe purpose of Salus Center is to create space for learning, teaching, community, support, and service. In addition to being a place where folk can gather a variety of resources, Salus Center is a gathering place where everyone is welcome, necessary, and essential to/for the whole.

Suits in the CitySuits and the City is the Lansing area's premier LBGTQIA professional social networking organization since 2004. Suits and the City events are held the first Wednesday of each month at LGBTQIA-friendly restaurants, bars, and other venues or hosts, throughout the Mid-Michigan area. More than 40 LGBTQIA and LGBTQIA-friendly Lansing area community business professionals attend a Suits and the City events each month, and the numbers of attendees continue to rise.
